Please join us at Newport City Hall as October will be recognized in the City of Newport as a month to remember all victims of domestic violence, raise awareness of domestic violence, and honor the work of agencies that support and empower survivors. Proclamation to be read by the Honorable Mayor Xay Khamsyvoravong.
