Adopt-A-Family 2026

The Women's Resource Center's annual Adopt-A-Family program helps families rebuilding their lives after domestic violence experience comfort, hope, and joy during the holiday season. For many survivors, this time of year can bring added stress and uncertainty, especially when resources are limited.

In 2025, thanks to 55 generous donors, 45 families, including 98 children, enjoyed a brighter holiday season. We look forward to continuing this tradition of caring in 2026 and hope you'll join us in making a difference.

Each family's journey is unique, and the challenges they face often extend far beyond the holidays. Through empowerment, support, and advocacy, the Women's Resource Center helps survivors remove barriers, regain independence, and build a safer future for themselves and their children.

Our Gift Card Drive provides more than holiday gifts. It gives survivors the dignity and freedom to choose what their families need most, while allowing parents to personally select and wrap gifts for their children. This gift of choice is especially meaningful for individuals who have experienced isolation and control.
